Limitation of Liability
InfraLaunch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our liability for direct damages shall be limited to the total fees paid by the user for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this limitation of liability.
